- Carnegie Mellon campus was the site of dozens of antisemitic demonstrations after October 7, where protesters called for “global Intifada” (violence against Jews) and clamored for Palestine “from the river to the sea” (the destruction of Jews in Israel). Over 1,200 people in Israel were raped, tortured, killed and taken hostage by Hamas terrorists – among them at least 40 Americans. Here are some of their stories
- As part of their hateful demonstrations, pro-Palestinian students painted the Fence, a university landmark, with pro-terror messaging.
- Jewish students were threatened and harassed by their classmates and their professors. At least one Israeli student sued Carnegie Mellon for antisemitic harassment and discrimination.
