- Georgetown campus was the site of dozens of demonstrations after October 7, where protesters called for “global Intifada” (violence against Jews) and clamored for Palestine “from the river to the sea” (the destruction of Jews in Israel). Over 1,200 people in Israel were raped, tortured, killed and taken hostage by Hamas terrorists – among them at least 40 Americans. Here are some of their stories
- Students at Georgetown expressed support for the terror organization Hamas and the atrocities it had carried out. At one particularly despicable event, Georgetown dean has allowed the appearance of known antisemite Mohammed El-Kurd, who declared that Hamas was a “liberation movement” and that the rape, torture and murder on October 7 were a “resistance strategy”
- Some students at Georgetown mocked the horrific attack on social media, while others flooded the net with antisemitic comments
- Jewish students at Georgetown Law School reported facing threatening rhetoric from classmates after protests outside the campus repeatedly called for the eradication of Israel. These students have accused the university of being silent in the face of racism.
